Dennis Kelley is an author, speaker, founder, and President of The D. Kelley Group, a consulting and training company. The D. Kelley Group specializes in the development of individuals and organizations.

His exciting talks and seminars on success, leadership, improving profitability, goal achievement and team development provide immediate improvements and sustained results. He has provided over 4,000 hours of training and speaking engagements to large and small audiences throughout the US and has logged thousands of hours working with individual executives and business owners.
 
Dennis has over 31 years business experience including more than 20 years in executive levels positions in the banking industry. He has held positions such as Regional President for the 21st largest bank in the United States. He also held the position of Sr. Vice President of Retail Banking responsible for a sales team of over 1,000 people and more than $6 billion in assets. He also held the position of Sr. Vice President and Director of the Direct Bank for HSBC (formerly Household International). His experience in leadership, sales management, marketing, operations, call center management, team development, and training and profit center responsibility has been transferred to his book and consulting business.
 
Dennis is a graduate of Franklin University with a BS in Business and an MBA from Webster University with a minor in Marketing. He has graduated from the Graduate School of Retail Bank Management and from the ActionCOACH business coaching program. He is actively involved in his community, lives in North Canton, Ohio with his wife, and is the proud father of three wonderful children.
